Abstract

Control and management are closely interlaced in the activity of any organization. However, the role of management is insufficiently studied and in this case it isn’t represented much in the scientific literature. Management of people and groups of people is the most widespread process in the activity of the organization. There were selected the main elements of management and were given their characteristic features as well as the object, the subject and instruments of their influence. The necessity to investigate the influence of management on the behavior and activity of people in the organization has become urgent. There are defined and described parameters of the influence of different elements of management on the people. There is given a technology of the use of management within the framework of the managerial activity of the organization. The research of the results of the influence on behavior and activity of people will permit to find out the most effective elements of management used in the managerial activity of the organization.
