Abstract

Leadership as change management integrates strategic goals, organizational departamentalyzatsyyu and organizational culture. Formation of organizational culture - is associated with emotional features modern manager, expert and reference impact; government information; avtorefleksyy or organizational unity; organization of teamwork. We consider management culture that involves in the management culture of quality participation of staff and the redistribution of power on them in order to initiate and support recommendations on the basis of a change agent. Psychology leader decimal ensure rationalism, which makes effective adaptation with the environment. It is proved that the leader of their own practical, social and emotional intelligence plays a big role in the success of the company. In the current global environment manager responsible for the international value. This paper presents companies with global approaches towards culture HR and marketing.
