Abstract

The article examines the bases of formation of system of economic security, its effect on the efficiency of sustainable development of the enterprise. The analysis of publications, devoted to the formation of economic security and trade secrets, as its essential component. Analyzed definition of a trade secret and ways of its saving at the enterprises of the advanced countries, particular attention is paid to the development and protection of modern information and communication technologies. Recommendations on formation of system of protection of commercial secrets of the enterprise taking into account factors internal and external environment and the realities of the global economic space, which requires the use of the latest forms of information security and innovation.
