Abstract

The article notes the importance of forming and functioning of integrated corporate structures in the present conditions. Аuthor marks the task that integrated corporate structures as powerful subjects of national economy are able to solve. The basis principles of integrated corporate structures creation are defined. An interpretation of the category of "state regulation of integrated corporate structures" is given. It is marks the separation of regulators into legal and economic ones. The disadvantages of legal aspect of integrated corporate structures state regulation are generalized. It is noted the dependence of using economic instruments of integrated corporate structures state regulation according to state economic policy. The possible instruments of integrated corporate structures state regulation are presented in the context of administrative, budgetary, tax, monetary and credit methods. The regulatory mechanisms are determined. The general direction of integrated corporate structures antimonopoly regulation is noted. The main steps to improve the policy of integrated corporate structures state regulation are proposed.
