Abstract

The article analyzes the current situation on the world and Ukrainian grain markets. The importance of implementation of innovations in agro-industrial enterprises is proved. Increasing of efficiency of agriculture in general and the production of grain in particular, as well as the development of demand, leads to the search for new ways to meet it. The innovations that will help increase the efficiency of the agrarian sector, as well as strengthen Ukraine's leadership in the global grain market are explored. It is concluded that the development of the grain market much more depends on the functioning of agrarian science, and therefore requires the expansion of relevant research, the preparation of substantiated recommendations for the modernization of the organization and technologies for the production and processing of grain.
