Abstract

The article is aimed at studying of the theoretical foundations of integration of corporate social responsibility to the quality management system and the opportunities for achieving synergy from their joint functioning. A critical analysis of the essence of corporate social responsibility in the context of quality management is carried out. A comparative analysis of corporate social responsibility and quality management in terms of form, basic structural elements, trends in reactions to external and internal challenges addressed to the management system, as well as the results of such a reaction is undertook. The study proves the possibility and necessity of integrating corporate social responsibility and quality management in the framework of the managerial system of an enterprise. As a result, such integration will direct managerial activities aimed at assuring of sustainable development of both business and society.
