Abstract

The article describes the relations between Ukraine and NATO, as well as destructive Russia's actions aimed at the retention of the process. With specific examples of some countries, historical facts seems untenable status of neutrality for Ukraine, as the most well-known in the community an alternative to NATO. We investigate the financial aspect of possible implications state in the case of accession to the alliance. The author substantiates the conclusion about political expediency and economic profitability of Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine
