In the modern terms of becoming and development of market economy in Ukraine there is an objective necessity so to organize the activity on enterprises, to attain the maximally possible productivity and profitability due to a correct choice and effective management by a personnel. The decision of these tasks is directly related to the necessity of development of effective mechanisms, methods and methods of motivation of employees. This problem is directly related to absence of approach of the systems to forming of the new, effective system of stimulation, the use of that will allow to use the motivational mechanism of affecting labour activity of personnel taking into account the specific of social, economic and psychological operating of the Ukrainian enterprises conditions, to inculcate innovative models motivations that will allow to promote the degree of bringing in of employees to work and management by an enterprise, to satisfy their non-material necessities.
