Abstract

The role of modern informative-communicative technologies is analysed in realization of actual tasks of bringing in of citizens to the structural collaboration with imperious structures. A grant of considerable volume information and more effective communication is pre-condition for the awareness of involvement to the political processes of Europe. Creation of transnational space, where citizens from different countries would discuss questions, which, in their opinion, are the important calls of ES, are the necessary and primary task of contemporaneity. These relatively new introductions help imperious structures to remain informed about public opinion in ES and to define those European projects which will get encouragement public. At the same time, having a reverse process, they, take into account public opinion and the same create stable soil for subsequent determination the vector of socio-political development.
