In the article was talked about that, how by deep transformation of the economy, political relations, public consciousness, the revolution actively intrudes into the internal world of man. It actively transforms the vivid picture of the world, social memory. It “demassificates” and “interactiizates” the communicative environment, and reconstructs an informative process on principles of «clip-culture» and other innovations of cybernetic epoch. All of it puts a modern man before the task of making the internal autonomy, capabilities of independent, without the external directives and supports to use the accomplishments of NTR and possibilities of globalization in behalf of own development. In conditions of the «recessive state» the post-industrial personality must gradually undertake regulative state functions. So the state control in increasing degree must be transformed into the self-control of personality, the state regulation – into the self-regulation; the state government – into the self-government; the state education – into the self-education. The main integrative point in this process must be not external, political, internal, - ethical, factor: those eternal principles of Christian sermon, which not once rescued the sociality during the most critical and catastrophic epochs of world history.
NTR, public consciousness, globalization, interactive, demassification, social memory, communication.
