Abstract

The article deals with the definition of «financial resources» in the works of domestic and foreign scientists, the essence of financial resources and their sources of formation, analyzed the structure of the financial resources of Ukraine`s enterprises in the context of own and borrowed funds for 2003-2013 years, their impact on the financial result of enterprises, done conclusions about the situation that has developed in the Ukraine`s enterprises in the last decade on the structure of financial resources, defined stages and features of management of financial resources, considered factors of influence on the formation and use of financial resource, reviewed the main tasks that financial managers need comply for the efficient functioning of financial and production activity of the company, suggested ways to improve management of financial resources for enterprises in the period of transition economy of Ukraine.
