Abstract

The article is dedicated to crisis aggravation that prevents the successful conduct of business, and also the need of restructuring the Ukrainian enterprises is highlighted. At the theoretical level: the interpretation of the concept of "restructuring of the company" is critically analyzed and conceptual scientific approaches for the disclosure of its nature are allocated basing on their organization, and a generalized definition of "restructuring of the company" is provided. At the methodological level: methodical approaches and specific methods of assessment of value are concerned, expediency and scope of their use is sounded. At the application level: the algorithm of evaluating the company in terms of restructuring which integrates the processes of investment analysis and forecasting, definition of free cash flow calculation of the discount rate, residual value and the value of the company subject to restructuring is proposed.
