Abstract

The article discusses and analyzes the political modernization as a complex transformation process, which aims to show the ability to adapt the political system and society to new changes of the constitutional order, the formation of new institutions of political power, the establishment of pluralism and democratization of power relations, overcoming economic backwardness, political instability, promoting the participation of citizens in the political life of society.
