Abstract

In this article author gives summary about status and activities of students of the Emperor’s Novorossiysk University in 1905-1907, showing political and revolutionary movement in student area, that has great interest between contemporaries in historical and political side. This facts based on published documents, materials from archive and press, evidence, that there was political pluralism among students at that time. Author also wants to pay attention on the source base of the aforementioned problem in this article. It includes, moreover, materials from many different digests about revolution 1905-1907, that is directly devoted to the political views and revolutionary movement of students of the Novorossiysk University. Besides, we dispose some information from newspapers with different political directions and publications devoted to the Emperor’s University. In this way, author reveals the problems of the students of the Novorossiysk University at the period of revolution 1905-1907.
