The problems of strategic design of processes of forming of effective corporate culture are lighted up with the purpose of becoming of modern type of framework of society in Ukraine, that causes the promoted interest from the side of representatives of national business, public and state organizations. Pre-conditions of strategic design, levels of influencing, introduction and stability of corporate culture and its role, are probed in a management socially-labour relations, and influencing of the state on development of social sphere at the modern terms of menage. The methods of search of accordance of corporate culture general strategy of subject of menage by facilities strategic design are resulted. By the resulted model of Pitersa-uotermana of connection of corporate culture with success of organization the mechanism of achievement of balance between preferences and real possibilities of management objects and place of application of strategic design of corporate culture is shown as a mechanism of providing of efficiency of menage and competition stability. The ways of overcoming of resistance the innovation of generalization of values of workers and leaders/proprietors of managing subjects a method are offered.
