Abstract

The article considers the main theoretical positions which are concerned with the cyclic development of industrial capital. There are shown the main features of the industrial cycle, its contents were revealed. Various mechanisms of influence on the economy, which were offered by outstanding scientists, have been examined. It is concluded that the establishment of domestic industrial capital should be done by capital renewals which are based on advanced technologies. It will be a key instrument of forming industrial cycle, which is the way of development of capitalist production. It is reported that some points can be useful for developing special theoretical approach to the study of domestic industrial capital. Special attention was paid to the necessity of re-structuring of production. It is stressed that a key role in stimulation of the formation of industrial capital in Ukraine should belong to the interaction between government and business.
