Abstract

In the article there was analysed the situation at the market of catering in Ukraine in last 5 years. Data-based there was noticed considerable growth of market of catering, that consists in the permanent opening of new establishments, and also in expansion of already existent networks. The enormous volumes of sales are fixed on the market of catering. There were found out reasons because of the market was shaken, and began to fall, Exactly the financial indexes of establishments became worse. As the main reasons there were taken the political situation in country, namely revolutionary events and followed an economic crysis after that : price surge, inflation, depreciation of national currency. Negative prognoses were done concerning a progress of market trend in the near future.
