Abstract

In the article there were proposed the definition of health tourism, considered the market of Spa and wellness Tourism in Odessa region, also there were analyzed the main problems of its development. Data-based it was found that the number of tourists in various types of medical and health institutions and in the towns and districts of Odessa region tends to decrease. The reason for this is the number of issues that were discussed in the article. As the main reasons there were taken inadequate physical infrastructure, outdated equipment, deficiencies in the control system and State regulation in the sphere of sanatorium-and-Spa and health tourism. In the article were offered possible solutions to these problems, as well as the perspective directionsiofiimprovingitheStateiofitheimarket.
