Abstract

In the article is based the need for the harmonization of the technical standards, which act in the Ukraine, in accordance with the international norms, in particular with the European, which is caused by the active participation of our country in the Euro-integrated proc-esses and by the tendency of domestic commodity producers to increase competitive ability level of its production on the world markets. Urgency this a question acquires recently in connection with the signing between the Ukraine and the European Union of Agreement about the Association, since one of the conditions of the integration of the Ukraine into the European Union is precisely the harmonization of many normative- lawful reports of the Ukraine, including technical standards, with the legislation the EU, and also the elimination of the conflicting differences, which appear in this case. Final passage to the European technical standards there will be advantage both for the business- structures and for the end consumers, who will have the opportunity to buy the production of more high quality.
