Abstract

The factors contributing to the grain export are analyzed. The key factors for sustainable growth of demand for cereals on the world grain market are selected. It is proved that the vector of the strategic direction of grain exports cannot be considered as a factor of economic growth through the promotion of deindustrialization of the country and the accumulation of a number of social problems. Organizational and economic preconditions of modernization of the grainproducts industry are studied. The expediency and urgency of modernization of grainproducts enterprises as a means of increasing grain processing, the transition to a level with higher added value and efficiency of economic activity of enterprises. Ways to improve the process of modernization management is proposed. The process of modernization management is divided into a number of typical operations: goal setting; monitoring; creation of plan; observation; diagnosis; regulation. Information description of structural elements of the modernization management process is given.
