We studied the existing theoretical and methodological bases of formation of an effective pricing policy of commercial enterprise. Current models of the formation of different pricing policy meaningful content and sequence of the implementation of its main stages and need to be adapted and evolving to meet industry-specific entities. The structural-logical model of the pricing policy of the retail food trade. Substantiated sequence of stages of its development, methodological tools for assessing the pricing of factors, namely: the approaches to the study of the strength and character of the influence of market factors, outside the price differentiation according to product groups.
