This article discusses the options of forming an innovation-oriented enterprise management system through the formation of an organizational culture based on the situational approach, which will allow to increase the company's competitiveness. The factors that influence the efficiency of formation of organizational culture. Proposed some recommendations that will help shape such as an employee who will help him not only to be adapted to work within the company and comply with the provisions of its organizational culture, but also to navigate in a variety of situations. Combining the organizational culture with the situational approach is a separate area of knowledge, which have prospects for further research.
