Abstract

In this paper the choice of methods technologization the procedures and elements of management solutions for the functional management tasks. Awareness of the need technologizing comes gradually, when an organization is faced with the need to streamline the management and operational processes of the organization. Currently, there are practically no standard system or model that form and develop this activity. Technologization elements of the management of the organization is represented in the model selection and use of the method of implementation of procedure of the functional tasks of management and the model selection and use of the functional elements of management control problems. The practical implementation of the models implemented by the example of subprocess "Management personnel evaluation." Knowledge of and ability to use the methods of implementation procedures and management elements enables a whole new level to existing and advanced management tasks.
