Abstract

The experience of advanced economies shows that an important feature of modern society is a priority for the staff - the leading factor of production, which is one of the major reserves of economic growth and competitiveness. Motivating staff and creating conditions for its interest in enhancing the effectiveness of the company, and as a result increase productivity appear the main tasks of the modern enterprise in a competitive market. The paper studies the relationship of motivation and productivity. Take up modern problems of motivation. Identify effective methods of motivation. Ways of improving productivity by improving the system of motivation of workers of railway transport.
