Abstract

The article analyzes the management of project risks and its stages: establishing the context risk; risk analysis (identification and evaluation); rankings risks, impact on the risk. Identified common methods used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of project risks, namely: analysis scenarios, breakeven analysis projects, analysis of simulation, analysis using a decision tree. The method sensitivity analysis, quantitative approaches to determining risk measures based on the calculation factor risk factor generalized risk expertise. The proposed complex method of risk assessment when planning which solves the problem of quantitative risk assessment in absolute and relative terms, and allows for a wide range of indicators. Results obtained by using the complex method, have a high level of reliability and can be successfully used in the planning of any project.
