Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of information and regulatory framework of educational market in Ukraine and its comparison with normative-legal counterparts in developed countries. The basic features of modern information support of the educational sector, the main source of statistical information of education market are graunded.The article stresses the questions of regulation of education in Ukraine, describes the main features of the National doctrine of education, its comparative analysis with strategic documents of foreign educational market of China and the United States of America. It outlines the necessity of information and analytical support of reforming education sphere, the necessity of reforming of the regulatory - legal framework of education in Ukraine according to the realities of the current political and economic situation and the needs of the national economy.
