The work carried out analysis of the definitions of synergy, which is determined on the basis of areas requiring further study, namely methodological support synergistic management in the industry. For the development of domestic industrial enterprises in modern conditions of the article studied the synergistic process management. It classifies the main approaches to the use of the concept of synergy in management: the use of synergy effects; research ideas in the analysis of the structural and functional components interaction between hierarchical levels of the enterprise; Synergetic as an ideological concept. Analyzed the job of industrial enterprises and systematized urgent problems of management. For example, the solution of energy problems of industrial enterprises algorithm systemic synergy in management: development of goals; strategy formation and structure of the enterprise; analysis of the concept of the enterprise with respect to the conflicting requirements to the potential of the company. Prospects for further research in the direction management are synergistic: unification of information systems management industry and its integration in public information databases.
