The article is based on the fact that whatever the level of changes is in the company, they always affect specific people, so without considering the impact of changes on the individual it cannot be to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall management. On the basis of the theoretical foundations of the process of perception, learning and further implementation of the individual changes, it is considered the classification of scientific approaches to the management of individual changes: behaviorist, cognitive, psychodynamic and humanistic-psychological. According to the above approaches, there are formulated models and methods of implementation of changes in the company and there are formulated the main impacts on subordinates for their application in practical work supervisor. It is noted the important role of the leader in implementing change and resistance to this process, as well as effective management style marked by changes in the organization.
