Abstract

In the article the modern going is examined near the system of operative and strategic management by enterprises for providing of income and competitive edges of enterprise. The analysis of publications of home and foreign specialists is presented on introduction of model methods of management by expenses and prices. The methods of optimization of expenses, their advantages, defects and possibility of the use, are considered in Ukrainian realities. The use of instruments of optimization of expenses is offered in the checking system after prices, commodity assortment and level of structural changes on the marginal conception. The chart of walkthrough is presented after activity of subdivisions and enterprise on the basis of multi-stage case frame by expenses and financial results. The sequence of executions is recommended for realization of control system by expenses on the enterprise and development of the balanced system of planning, prognostication and control on all chain of business processes.
