Abstract

The article describes the treasury systems of foreign countries, the regularities of European COP accented attention to the peculiarities of the differences in the cash execution of the budget. Treasury considered America, Germany, France, Ukraine, Russia, Brazil, Japan, Sweden, Australia,England, Italy. Analysis of the public financial system of various countries showed different States Treasury usually actively involved in the functioning of the financial system and the management of budget flows. For implement the "financial manager" agencies of foreign countries applying modern methods of analysis and forecasting of budget flows, carrying out securities transactions. The differences lie in the fact that the added function of public debt management. The tendency to strengthen the role of the Treasury abroad, may be associated with the latest technology.
