The article focuses on particular human resources management, namely the innovative approaches to this. Search for highly skilled workers is an urgent problem for most modern enterprises in the Ukrainian economy. Competent and quality selection of personnel capable of repeatedly increase the efficiency of companies. Innovation policy in HR management creates favorable conditions of work, and provides career opportunities and the necessary degree of confidence in the future. The article examines the factors affecting the quality of human resources, internal and external. Presents the components of innovation activities of the firm and innovative methods of human resources management.
