Abstract

This article features disclosed management of turnaround assets in the enterprise. The basic purpose and objectives of management of turnaround assets in the enterprise. In this paper, attention is paid to management of current assets in general and details the recommendations for management of those elements of current assets as trade receivables, trade and inventories, cash. This paper shows the step by step instruction to help control spending current assets successfully, will allow the company to keep proper cocks solvency and profitability and improve the overall financial condition of the company. This article describes methods for managing current assets such as coefficient method, normalization, ABC method optimization. These benefits will enterprise with effective management of its current assets.
