The operating system of motivation of personnel of enterprise is considered in the article, namely: a study of the state of satisfaction organization is undertaken by material and non-material stimulation. Basic демотивирующие factors that influence on labour activity of workers of LTD. "Cement" was certain on motivation of labour activity of workers, specialists and leaders of functional subdivisions of enterprise, that allowed to ground the level of motivated of workers. On results questioning the basic indexes of motivational factors of high-performance work of personnel of LTD. "Cement" were certain. For workers there is this material reward, safe terms of work, clear aims and clear tasks. For leaders and specialists it is possibility of career advancement, reliability of job, and also material reward. Practice of the use of key indexes of efficiency offers as an instrument of improvement of motivation of personnel in a management on aims. Maintenance of development and introduction of key indexes of efficiency process is exposed as an instrument of improvement of motivation of labour activity. Introductions of this system cardinally will be changed by all process of labour cooperation and, consequently, development of enterprise..
