The article has been examined preferred form of franchising in the regional reproductive cycle, four types of franchise identified: marketing, franchising or manufacturer; trade or trade; industrial; service or franchise in the service sector. It was determined that franchising classification can be based on a study of the practice of the relationship of participants and the specific construction of the franchise chain. Established priorities for the development of various types of franchise industry in the different phases of the reproductive cycle of the regional economy. The essence of international franchising and approaches to the interpretation of its content characteristics, allowing to identify it as a specific form of business, and explore the nature of the use of the formation of programs of development of foreign economic activity of the region within the framework of the revitalization process of the regional production. marketing, franchising, region, classification, form, loop, expertise.
