The article offers methodological support for the calculation of the needs in the labor force in the enterprise and evaluation of the economic impact of the proposed measures. It was determined that in order to maintain economic activity in a stable mode, you must provide a combination of all factors of production in space and time, and the information-analytical database management decision-making for the effective combination of factors of production should be based on the following main points. First, a clear definition of the nature of these factors, and secondly the system of indicators, which can be expressed quantitatively, in the third - the relationship between measures of individual factors. The author offers the basic methods of calculating the quantitative requirements in the labor force categories of employees, which are based on the use of standards for the types of structures of management personnel or formalized using mathematical statistics methods, depending on the complexity of administrative work on their functions. personnel coefficient factor function, method, analysis efficiency.
