Abstract

The article shows that a synergistic approach to the management refers to the innovative technologies, which are able to broaden our understanding of the essence of the processes organized by the regional socio-economic systems. It has been determined that a synergistic economy is developing on the basis of the traditional. She does not reject the idea of some of the traditional economy, but interprets the results as a personal rather than general cases. The main concept of the traditional economy of the concept of rational behavior and perfect competition - play a fundamental role for the development of synergetic economy. The discrepancy with the traditional is that synergetic economics explains the instability of the socio-economic systems as the historical difficulties of economic dynamics. Synergetic approach focuses on the consideration of factors of systems by the natural process of achieving a system of new states as a result of self-organization as the taking into account of the external effects from the environment, and due to fluctuation processes within the system.
