Abstract

In a crisis in the Ukrainian economy, special attention should be paid to improving the functioning of local budgets. Local budgets are used for the social development of the regions. In recent years, relevant is the question of fiscal decentralization. The degree well developed local budgets depend on living standards in the region. At the local level rather than at the national resolve that problem for the region should be solved primarily because there are regional peculiarities of each region, an area that is difficult to consider from the center. A decentralization helps solve this problem in developed countries. So in the article discussed the current state of fiscal decentralization and highlight the major problem of this process in Urkaine. Made offers to attract funds to local communities.
