Abstract

The article is devoted to methodological evaluation study fundamental problems of the economy evolutionary transformation. The inconsistency of transformation processes of natural monopolies energy sector Ukraine to improve social and economic outcomes is revealed. The models of reorganization alternative ways of reforming the forms of state regulation of electricity market is suggested. Рredictive models implications of market electricity sector of Ukraine is еstablished. It notes that the regulation of electricity tariffs by the state does not allow to provide a sufficient level of play of the electricity business. Proved natural monopoly is a separate structure of the market environment resulting from the technological features of production and its material base. The economic feasibility of existence is determined. The dependence of the efficiency of the natural monopoly of the market economy and the maturity of the systems of state regulation is grounded. The system of measures to optimize the structure and improve the management of the industry is suggested.
