Abstract

This article describes one of the most pressing issues at the moment – the problem of unemployment and its dynamics in Ukraine. After all, unemployment leads to dissipation of disparate scales in the labor force - the main productive forces of the country to a substantial reduction in potential GDP and national income, entails significant public expenditure on payment of unemployment benefits, retraining and employment of the unemployed. The research reviews tendencies of the current unemployment progression in the Ukraine, and considers the efficient ways of employment of the able-bodied population in the foreign countries. The authors discuss the possible means of the unemployment regulation and employment projects in Ukraine.
