Abstract

Investigated the field of information technologies in Ukraine on the basis of analytical data. Specifically analyzed the formation of supply and demand of information and technological services in Ukraine. Impact of the crisis on exports of IT and identify the consequences of the IT sector in general. Displayed information technology market problems and their solutions. For creating a positive investment image of Ukraine presented a number of specific actions that help which improves the formation of supply and demand in this question. Installed cause of low favorability business sector to innovate, which limits the growth of labor productivity. Market information and technological services as one of the important components of the innovation economy shows strong growth, which outpaced the growth of the economy as a whole.
