Abstract

The article describes the main stages of the strategic management of trade enterprise. Identifies key strategic approaches and means to ensure the effective development of enterprises, based on internal capabilities and increasing competition. In modern conditions of development of the national economy strategy of trading activity of the company is very necessary because it provides a stable functioning.
