Corporate social responsibility food industry on the basis of interaction with stakeholders

Abstract

In the article was analyzed social responsibility JV "Vitmark-Ukraine" LLC in organizational governance, human rights, labor practices, fair business practices, environment, consumer protection, participation in community life and its development. Research essence of the concept of "stakeholder" and "cooperation with stakeholders" according to the international standard ISO 26000: 2010. Built map stakeholders and stakeholder matrix SP "Vitmark-Ukraine" LLC to establish a dialogue between the company and stakeholders for further development. A for dialogue with shareholders and investors, to hold meetings of shareholders and to provide complete information about the company, to take into account their interests in the development strategy to provide reports to shareholders and investors of the company, to hold a press conference to discuss the issue of social responsibility in focus groups and to improve communication through a hotline. For dialogue with the staff offered: to strengthen corporate social events directly, for example, to organize a corporate transport; the Code prescribe the company's commitment of staff in implementing the main areas of social responsibility; conduct personnel training and training on the topic: "I am a fellow socially responsible company"; conduct surveys "As an employee of the Company implements the principles of social responsibility".
