Abstract

Research of integration forms of the organization of innovative activity is investigated. The factors contributing to the development of modern integration structures are determined. The analysis of the world practice of creating technopark structures has been investigated and their main advantages have been systematized. The features of the creation and development of business incubators and scientific and technical strategic alliances have been studied. The experience of functioning of scientific and production complexes and integrated territorial production complexes in the territory of the former USSR is studied. The possibilities of their use in modern conditions of management are determined. Financial and industrial groups are considered and certain restrictions of their corporate management are identified. Based on the analysis of the world and Ukrainian experience in the formation of structures of inter-firm cooperation, the most promising form is identified - the cluster. The main advantages of cluster structures are considered. The prospects of their introduction into the Ukrainian economy are analyzed.
