Abstract

The article considers the indicators of the organizational level and economic support for management of foreign economic activities of agro-industrial groups. Organizational components: functions, methods and means of management; Presence of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity Management, representative offices in the importing countries, site in English; Quality control system; Economic independence of the units; Independence of tactical and operational management of units; Organizational and management apparatus; Horizontal integration; Coefficient of vertical integration; RCA; RXA; RTA; The allocation of various types of economic activity and territorially disparate units; Simplicity of the structure of units; Choice of organizational and legal form.
