Abstract

The current state of venture financing of innovation activity in Ukraine is researched in the article. The basic concepts of venture activity, which are the ways of target investment of innovative technologies in domestic enterprises are considered. The technology of capital transformation into venture capital, the characteristic of different sources of financing of innovations are presented. The history of the acceptance of the legislative framework for the functioning of venture funds in Ukraine is analyzed in the article, according to them stages of their appearance on the domestic financial market have been formed. The attention was paid to existing venture funds, peculiarities of financing of innovations in Ukraine. The main destructive factors of the development of venture capital activity in Ukraine are described. The activity and dynamics of the number of professional participants of joint investment institutions in the conditions of crisis phenomena in the state are researched. The perspective directions of venture financing of innovation activity in Ukraine are determined.
