In the article highlighting problems of strategic management of innovative activity of a modern Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of globalization of economy and active eurointegration of our state are considered. The essence and interrelation of the innovative strategy of enterprise development with its general strategy is revealed. The theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and implementation of the innovative model of enterprise development are investigated. The prerequisites for using modern tools of innovative management and the need for their application by Ukrainian enterprises in the absence of stability of the external environment are grounded. Deficiencies in the legal provision for stimulating innovation in Ukraine and protecting entrepreneurs have been identified, which initiate and are ready to deal with the development and implementation of innovations. Separately highlighted the main trends for the further development of the domestic innovation sphere in accordance with the objectives of the state strategy of integration into the European Union.
