Abstract

Methodological and analytical messages of the modern experience of institutional support for the organizational cooperation of the State, universities and business structures in the innovative process are presented. An international comparative analysis of the peculiarities of the application of the triple-helix concept of the innovation cycle was carried out, an assessment was made of the state of the relevant processes in Ukraine in terms of competitiveness and innovation cycle ratings, an assessment of the state of the relevant processes in Ukraine on competitiveness ratings, the necessity of improving the existing innovation policy of Ukraine by creating and maintaining mechanisms cooperation of the state, the university and business structures.
