In Ukraine, during the last decade, taking into account the impact of the crisis on the economy as a whole, the majority of enterprises were forced to apply a protective wait-and-see management strategy aimed at preserving the role and influence of the enterprise in the sales markets for products and services. The lack of an integrated approach to justify and prioritize the development strategy leads to the defeat of enterprises in competition. It is the post-crisis period that prompts the enterprise to survive in a competitive environment, to achieve sustainable and continuous development. The ability to solve the problem of enterprise development is to monitor the development trends of the market, develop and implement competitive advantages, which can be achieved to a large extent on the basis of an effective enterprise development strategy.
