The article examines the role of wages in quality management in higher education institutions and a number of issues related to the coordination of the quality of work and wages. the quality of education directly depends on the quality of the teacher. It is noted that in general, the concept of quality in any field expresses compliance with certain standards, and the closer to the standard the parameters characterizing the work of the teacher, the higher the quality. Personal material incentive is one of the main factors affecting quality. Some recommendations have been made to define new quality indicators that will be used to differentiate wages using expert systems. As a result, the author emphasizing the importance of the application of methodologies for assessing the activities of the teacher on the assigned assessments will be perceived objectively by students and will remove questions of subjective intervention.
