Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of housing and communal services of Ukraine. The tendencies of development of municipal enterprises based on the analysis of statistical data on financial results of activity of such enterprises. Assessed the level of influence of crisis phenomena on the basis of which proposals for the stabilization and improvement of the activity of the municipal enterprises in modern conditions of managing. The article focuses on the necessity of forming anti-crisis financial management that is aimed at survival and activation management activity at the enterprises of housing and communal services . The directions of overcoming the crisis of the municipal sector of Ukraine's economy.
